1. About SAARTHI
SAARTHI, Strategic AI Ally Ready To Help Intelligently, is a private communication operator maintained by Karan Soni. It is designed to help manage authorized conversations, relationships, leads, follow-ups, approvals, knowledge, account connections and operational reporting across connected communication services.
2. Acceptance and authorized access
By accessing or using SAARTHI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Access is limited to the authorized owner and any access explicitly permitted by the operator. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, obtain another person's credentials, probe private routes, or use SAARTHI in a way that compromises connected accounts or services.
3. Connected accounts and permissions
You may connect only accounts and business assets that you are authorized to access. When you authorize a provider, you direct SAARTHI to use the granted permissions for enabled application functions. Provider passwords are not required for OAuth-based connections.
Connected services, including Google and other third-party platforms, remain governed by their own terms, API policies, permissions and availability. SAARTHI cannot grant capabilities that a provider has not authorized or made available.
4. Communication authority and automation
SAARTHI can operate in different levels of automation. The owner is responsible for the rules, knowledge, pricing, policies, permissions and authority supplied to the application. SAARTHI should not act outside configured authority and can require approval where information is missing, conflicting, sensitive or beyond the permitted scope.
The owner remains responsible for reviewing important decisions, maintaining accurate authority rules, and ensuring that messages or actions sent through connected services are lawful and appropriate.
5. AI-assisted output
SAARTHI can use AI-assisted processing for tasks such as drafting, classification, summarization, context extraction and decision support. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. The application is designed to combine AI assistance with configured authority and approval controls, but use of generated output remains subject to appropriate human oversight for consequential decisions.
6. Acceptable use
SAARTHI must not be used to violate law, provider policies or another person's rights; gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; send unlawful or deceptive communication; distribute malicious software; evade platform restrictions; or process data that the operator is not authorized to access.
7. Privacy and data handling
SAARTHI's collection, use, storage, disclosure, disconnection and deletion practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By connecting a provider, you acknowledge that information necessary for the authorized functions may be processed by SAARTHI and its required infrastructure and API providers.
8. Availability and changes
SAARTHI depends on cloud infrastructure, provider APIs, network connectivity and third-party authorization. Features can become unavailable, delayed or limited when a provider changes its API, permissions, rate limits or policies. The application may be updated, suspended or changed as needed for security, reliability, compliance or product operation.
9. Intellectual property
SAARTHI's application code, interface, name, documentation and original system materials are owned by or licensed to Karan Soni unless otherwise stated. Third-party names, trademarks, APIs and services remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, SAARTHI is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that every provider, message, automated decision, generated draft or integration will be continuously available or error-free. The application is an operational assistance system and does not replace professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from provider outages, revoked permissions, third-party platform changes, unauthorized use, inaccurate external data or reliance on unreviewed AI-generated output.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the application, connected accounts, data, infrastructure or legal compliance. A connected provider can be disconnected at any time, and provider-side authorization can also be revoked directly with that provider.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, subject to any mandatory rights or rules that apply regardless of this choice.
14. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated when SAARTHI's functionality, provider relationships, legal requirements or operating model materially changes. The current version will be published at this URL with its latest revision date.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@karansoni.com.np.
